The club announced on Saturday that its starting point guard Pierria Henry is set to miss time with a knee injury. Henry was hurt in the semifinal of the Turkish Cup against Galatasaray Istanbul on Friday, and the MRI revealed damage to the medial collateral ligament in his left knee.
Henry will be re-evaluated in three weeks. So far, he is the only player to appear in each of Fenerbahce's 22 games, starting in 21 of them. Henry averaged 7.5 points, 4.0 assists, 3.7 rebounds, and ranks second in the EuroLeague with 1.8 steals.
Henry has stepped up in recent weeks, helping Fenerbahce win its last five games, and nine of its last 10, improving to 12-10 record.
