Will Clyburn led the winners with 24 points and 9 rebounds. Tibor Pleiss added 13 points, Vasilije Micic 12 and Amath M'Baye 10. Naz Mitrou-Long paced Milan with 10 points.

Nicolo Melli and Devon Hall each hit a triple to give Milan an early 8-3 lead. Micic and Clyburn stepped up for Efes and got help from Pleiss to put Efes in charge, 14-18, late in the first quarter. Kevin Pangos had 5 points in a 14-2 run that gave Milan a 28-20 lead. M'Baye and Clyburn helped Efes tie the game, 34-34, at halftime.
