Aris Thessaloniki has signed former NBA champion Bryn Forbes for the 2025-26 season, the club announced on Sunday.
Forbes (1.88 meters, 31 years old) is a veteran of nearly 500 appearances in seven seasons the NBA, mostly with his first professional team, the San Antonio Spurs. The experienced guard joined Milwaukee Bucks for the 2020-21 season and played a significant part in taking the NBA title, making 20 playoffs appearances including 3 in the Finals series triumph over Phoenix Suns. Forbes then had brief spells with Denver Nuggets and Minnesota Timberwolves, and is now heading to Europe for the first time
A notable three-point shooter, Forbes averaged 8.6 points per game over the course of his 473 NBA appearances, making 41% of his shots from beyond the arc.
