MoraBanc Andorra got back to its winning ways by racing past Slask Wroclaw 99-65 at home in a Round 9 make-up game on Tuesday night.

Andorra pulled away with a 12-0 run to start the second quarter and added a 15-0 third-quarter charge to improve to 7-6 after having lost four of its last five games in Group A. Clevin Hannah led the way for the winners with 20 points while Mario Nakic scored a career-high 13 points and Conor Morgan also netted 13. Slask, which has not won on the road this season, fell to 2-10. Travis Trice tallied 16 points and 6 assists to pace the visitors, while Kodi Justice had 13 points and Kerem Kanter chipped in 12.

Martins Meiers started the game with a dunk and Ivan Ramljak made it 0-4. After Hannah opened the hosts’ scoring with a three-pointer, Justice made a triple in helping Slask pull ahead 3-11. Andorra started to finally produce offensively with Morgan and Drew Crawford draining three-pointers and Hannah scoring 4 points in a 16-3 charge to grab a 19-14 advantage. Four points from Szymon Tomczak for Slask were bettered by 5 points from Codi Miller-McIntyre and Andorra had a 24-20 lead after 10 minutes.
Nakic came out on fire in the second quarter with a three-pointer and two layups among 9 points for a 36-20 lead. Justice hit from deep for Slask’s first points of the quarter after nearly 4 minutes played. He connected on another three-pointer as Slask went on a 2-10 run to pull within 38-30. Victor Arteaga stopped the drought and the hosts led 41-30 at the break.
Moussa Diagne opened the second half with a three-pointer with Justice scoring at the other end. Trice’s free throws made it 48-34 when Andorra streaked away with a 15-0 surge thanks to 5 points from Oriol Pauli and two triples by Morgan to lead 63-34. Slask finally started to score more consistently with Kanter draining two three-pointers and Jakub Karolak and Trice also hitting from deep to trim the deficit to 69-52. And the score was 71-52 after 30 minutes.
Kanter started the final frame with a layup and Trice also scored for the visitors, who could not cut into the gap, 75-58. Hannah sandwiched three-pointers around a Crawford triple at the other end and Andorra was up 84-63. With the outcome clear, the home side entertained their fans in the closing minutes.
