The 27-year old is set for his EuroLeague debut
ASVEL shores up paint with Bodian Massa

LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne added another roster piece into its frontcourt, signing center Bodian Massa on a two-year deal, the club announced Thursday. He is ASVEL's second addition this summer, after club signed forward Zac Seljaas last week.
Massa (2.10 meters, 27 years old) has spent last season with BAXI Manresa, where he posted 5.4 points and 5.5 rebounds in the Spanish League, as well as 6.4 points and 4.3 rebounds in the Basketball Champions League.
In the 2023-24 season, Massa helped Cosea JL Bourg-en-Bresse reach the BKT EuroCup Finals, posting 7.8 points and 4.1 rebounds.
Before that, Massa made his debut in the French second division with Fos-Provence, and with the exception of the 2018-19 campaign when he played with Saint Chamond, Massa remained there for six years. Massa helped Fos-Provence achieve promotion from the second division in 2020-21, and then remained for the team's first season among the French elite before joining Strasbourg in the summer of 2022.
Massa is now set to make his EuroLeague debut with ASVEL.
