Mincidelice JL Bourg en Bresse completed its roster for the 2023-24 season with power forward Maksim Salash of Belarus. Salash (2.06 meters, 27 years old) arrives from Nizhny Novgorod where he averaged 9.9 points and 4.9 rebounds in the VTB League last season. Prior to last season, Salash spent a season and a half with San Pablo Burgos in Spain, team he helped win Basketball Champions League title in 2021.
A native of Belarus, Salash started his career with Tsmoki Minsk before joining Cajasol Sevilla of Spain. He also played in second division Spanish teams Huesca and Ourense, before moving to Kutno in Poland. Salash had two more stints with Tsmoki, with a year in a jersey of Kalev/Cramo in Estonia. He is now set to make his BKT EuroCup debut for Bourg, which announced Slash is team's final signing of the summer.
