Pallacanestro Brescia has added athleticism and 7DAYS EuroCup experience to its backcourt by inking playmaker Troy Caupain for the upcoming season, the club announced on Thursday. Caupain (1.93 meters, 27 years old) arrives from Darussafaka Istanbul, where he averaged 12.5 points, 4.4 rebounds and 6.0 assists in 37 Turkish League games last season. He started his professional basketball career with Lakeland of the G League and also played for GSZ Amici Pallacanestro Udine of Italy, Orlando of the NBA, Hapoel Unet Holon of Israel, Filou Ostend of Belgium and ratiopharm Ulm of Germany.
