He is set to make his BKT EuroCup debut next season
Cedevita signs power forward David Skara

Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana bolstered its frontcourt by inking power forward David Skara, the club announced Tuesday.
Skara (2.05 meters, 30 years old) arrives from Split, where he averaged 12.5 points and 5.8 rebounds in 29 Adriatic League games last season. He went for 20 points against Cedevita in a 76-74 road loss and helped Split reach the Croatian League finals.
Skara played college basketball for Valparaiso University and Clemson University before starting his professional career with Spanish side Huesca. He went on to play for French clubs such as Denain ASC Voltaire, ESSM Le Porte Cote d'Opale, SLUC Nancy and Champagne Chalons-Reims Basket before joining Split in 2024. He has been a member of the Croatian national team.
"Competing in the EuroCup is a new challenge for me. I have heard a lot of good things about Cedevita Olimpija and can’t wait to join the team. I have only visited Ljubljana for games so far, but I am looking forward to getting to know it and exploring it better now. I hope to integrate into the team as quickly as possible and contribute to achieving our goals with my play," Skara said. "I see myself as a versatile player who understands the game well and can play on the wing positions. Fans can expect heart, tenacity in every game, and team spirit."
