Umana Reyer Venice head coach Walter De Raffaele:
"Okay, a good win. We need to be honest, Promitheas missed some players but even with that, we really showed a good attitude for 40 minutes, which counts for us, for the rest of our season, in the Italian League and the EuroCup. We are happy to qualify to the next round, the playoffs, in this tough group... We are happy about this goal because this really is a tough group: Buducnost lost at home but Valencia lost in Ljubljana. We are happy about that and are waiting for the next game to see who we will face."
Promitheas Patras head coach Ilias Zouros:
"First of all, congratulations to Reyer. They deserved to win the game. Unfortunately, we had one more injury today and that is the bad thing of the day. In the last period, we had really bad luck, big problems. I am very happy for our young players, our young generation, for Promitheas's youth program. We are happy that the kids fought and tried to play well. For us, this game is over. We have to go on with the Greek League. We hope, at least, to be competitive in the next game that we have in our league. We wish Reyer the best and thank them a lot for their hospitality and the great atmosphere in the game."
