Metropolitans finished Group A with an 11-5 record after taking its eighth win in its last nine games and is set to play at home in the eighthfinals. , Lietkabelis placed fifth with a 9-7 record and will face Virtus Segafredo Bologna on the road in the eighthfinals. Will Cummings led the winners with 22 points, Vince Hunter added 19, Jordan McRae scored 15 and Tomer Ginat 10 for Metropolitans. Panagiotis Kalaitzakis paced Lietkabelis with 18 points, Dovydas Giedraitis added 15 and Djordje Gagic had 10 for the visitors. It was tied, 37-37, at halftime before Keith Hornsby and Cummings fueled a 13-0 run that gave the hosts a 57-54 edge after 30 minutes. Hunter dunked four times midway through the fourth quarter and got help from Cummings and Ginat to seal the outcome.

McRae got Metropolitans going with a three-pointer. Kalaitzakis banked in a mid-range shot and Gabrielius Maldunas matched Hunter's dunk with a reverse layup. Kalaitzakis and McRae each struck from downtown and then Gagic scored down low to tie it at 9-9. Lipkevicius buried a triple, but Lahaou Konate and an unstoppable McRae kept the hosts ahead, 16-12. Kalaitzakis made his second three-pointer and Lipkevicius matched Hunter's running hook with a fastbreak layup and added a tip-in for a 20-19 score. Karolis Giedraitis struck from beyond the arc to restore a 20-22 Lietkabelis lead after 0 minutes.
Gagic took over with a power layup early in the second quarter. Dovydas Giedraitis added a six-meter jumper for a 20-26 Lietkabelis lead. Ginat buried a three-pointer and matched Gagic's dunk with a jump hook to bring Metropolitans within 25-28. Cummings stepped up with a put-back basket, but Kalaitzakis and Kristupas Zemaitis forced the hosts to call timeout at 27-33. Cummings stepped up for Metropolitans with 4 quick points. Then McRae erased Dovydas Giedraitis's driving layup with a fastbreak slam and added a close basket that tied it at 35-35. Gagic scored again and Hunter's tip-in fixed the halftime score at 37-37.

Cummings took over with a driving layup and Hornsby's triple tied the game again, 52-52. Hornsby hit another three-pointer and Cummings scored in penetration to cap a 13-0 run. Berzins brought Lietkabelis closer, 57-54, after 30 minutes.
Kalaitzakis's fastbreak layup tied the game again, 57-57, early in the fourth quarter. Metropolitans needed a go-to guy and found one in Hunter, who had three consecutive dunks - a two-handed flush and back-to-back fastbreak slams - for a 63-58 lead. Kalaitzakis buried a three-pointer, Cummings answered with a jumper and Hunter dunked off a steal to boost the lead to 67-61. Cummings found Konate for a fastbreak layup that caused Lietkabelis to call a much-needed timeout, 69-61, with over 3 minutes left. Dovydas Giedraitis downed back-to-back triples to give Lietkabelis hope at 71-67 with 1:22 remaining. Ginat buried an off-balance jumper which Lipkevicius matched with a driving layup. Hunter made free throws to seal the outcome, 75-69, with 30.4 seconds remaining.
