Raoul Korner, Veolia Towers Hamburg head coach
"We played excellent in the second quarter. We moved the ball well. We managed to get them into half court, pressured them, forced them to make mistakes, moved the ball very well on offense. We just played very good basketball. [In the] third quarter… that’s what usually happens when teams are down and are desperate: they risk a little bit more. We had some good looks, we missed them and then lost our rhythm. We didn’t stop them defensively anymore, we made mistakes and got nervous. But at the end of the day, we showed our resilience once again in tough moments. At the end of the day, it’s a big win for us. It wasn’t pretty in the second half, but we’ll take it."
