7Bet-Lietkabelis Panevezys set a club scoring record in racing past Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana 104-98 on Wednesday at Cido Arena. Kristian Kullamae scored a career-high 24 points and dished 7 assists and Gyorgy Goloman added a personal-best 23 points to lead Lietkabelis, which remained undefeated at home this season and improved to 3-3 overall.

Benas Griciunas contributed 16 points and Vytenis Lipkevicius 13 for the winners. Amar Alibegovic scored 19 points to lead Cedevita, which fell to 0-6. Yogi Ferrell and Karlo Matkovic added 17 points apiece and Alen Omic and Zoran Dragic each scored 11. Omic also moved past Sammy Mejia for sixth place on the all-time EuroCup scoring list with 1,221 career points.

Alibegovic had a hot start for Cedevita, but was called for 3 early fouls and had to sit. Paulius Murauskas nailed a pair of three to give the hosts an early lead and though Cedevita stayed close, Goloman kept Lietkabelis rolling. He netted 11 first-quarter points as the hosts amassed a 34-27 lead after 10 minutes. Mantas Rubstavicius’s three-point play extended the margin to double figures, 40-30. Edo Muric and Omic rallied Cedevita to halve the deficit. Lietkabelis finished the half on a 12-2 tear to lead 60-44 at the break.
Alibegovic started the second half like the first, but Lietkabelis got back on track quickly and shortly after the midway point of the third quarter the margin was up to 20. Matkovic helped keep Cedevita in the picture by lowering the difference to 82-69 through three quarters. Cedevita continued its push and Alibegovic’s layup made it 92-85 with 3 minutes remaining. Ferrell drained a triple to get within 100-97 with 25 seconds to go, but free throws by Lipkevicus and Kullamae iced the game for Lietkabelis.
