Celebrating club's 150th anniversary, Umana Reyer Venice hosted and beat the defending back-to-back Turkish Airlines EuroLeague champs Anadolu Efes Istanbul, 85-82 on Tuesday night. After a back-and-forth first half, Reyer used a 9-2 run to open 59-49 lead midway through the third quarter. Efes close the gap to 65-63, but a 7-0 run to start the fourth quarter put Reyer up 75-65. Efes rallied, and tied the game at 79-79, but Michael Bramos nailed a triple in penultimate minute, and Reyer held on to a victory. Bramos finished the game with 20 points, Allerik Freeman scored 15 and Derek Willis scored 12 in a victory. Will Clyburn had 23 points and 8 rebounds, while Vasilije Micic had 19 points and 11 assists for Efes.
Buducnost VOLI Podgorica won Ljubo Jovanovic Memorial tournament by beating KK Podgorica in the final, 81-57. Phil Booth scored 15 and Kenan Kamenjas had 12 points in a comfortable win.
