Here comes Round 15 of the 7DAYS EuroCup Regular Season! As always, we have some interesting recommendations for our signature online game, EuroCup Fantasy Challenge.
Fantasy tips: Everything counts!

Round 14 had a little bit of everything, as teams continue fighting not just for playoffs spots, but also to finish in the highest spot possible in the standings. With four rounds left – and some postponed games to be played – Joventut Badalona leads Group A with an 11-3 record, followed by Partizan NIS Belgrade and Boulogne Metropolitans 92, each at 9-5. In what promises to be a must-watch showdown, Partizan takes on Metropolitans in Round 15. In Group B, Gran Canaria and Valencia Basket each have 10-4 records. Gran Canaria is first, however, due to its 2-0 record against the four-time EuroCup champions. Every game matters from now on and changes the playoffs picture.
All that has an impact in EuroCup Fantasy Challenge. Only two teams – Valencia and Virtus Segafredo Bologna – recorded road victories in Round 14. All teams are in the playoffs race, so don't expect unusual rotations or players sitting out other than for injuries. Remember, Dolomiti Energia Trento players are getting their average scores in Round 15 as they would have played a now-suspended game with Lokomotive Kuban Krasnodar.
As always, we have five recommendations before Round 15: last week's MVP, a big man who has some of the biggest numbers in competition history, a guard who has been on fire lately, an experienced center trying to lead his team to the top, and a well-rounded playmaker with an extended role in his team's new rotation.
Want to find out who they are? Here are our recommendations:
Mam Jaiteh, Virtus Segafredo Bologna (13.7 credits) – Jaiteh had a career-best game against Reyer last week, getting 21 points, 12 rebounds and a PIR of 41. He is no one-hit-wonder, though, having reached a PIR higher than 20 in six games until now. He is averaging 12.3 points on a whopping 72.0% two-point shooting and 7.2 rebounds. A solid choice.
Alen Omic, Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana (12.9 credits) – Omic is a former EuroCup champion who had made history in the competition, ranking first all-time in two-point shots made (447), second in rebounds (679) and third in PIR (1,547). In the last four games, he's averaging 10.3 points on 18-for-20 two-point shooting (90.0%) and a PIR of 17.3.
Rasheed Sulaimon, Mincidelice JL Bourg en Bresse (9.9 credits) – A good scorer under 10 credits is a Fantasy Challenge luxury at this point. Sulaimon has boosted his numbers in the last three games, averaging 17.7 points and 4.7 assists for Bourg. His team needs him in a critical showdown against Bursaspor.
Ante Tomic, Joventut Badalona (12.9 credits) – Joventut has the EuroCup's best record, and every game is critical to retain that stats. Tomic has been solid, averaging a PIR of 16.6 in less than 21 minutes of the floor. His passing skills and post moves can make the difference in any game.
Derek Needham, Frutti Extra Bursaspor (11.7 credits) – Since Allerik Freeman left the team, Needham and Andrew Andrews have seen extra responsibilities on offense. Needham had been delivering even before that and is now averaging 18.2 points on 16-for-32 three-point shooting (50.0%) and 4.6 assists in the last five games. Outstanding!
