Hamburg Towers made more three-point shots last season than any other debutant in the history of the 7DAYS EuroCup.
Hamburg set three-point mark in EuroCup debut

During the 2021-22 campaign, the club knocked down 201 three-point shots, which were the most triples made ever by a team in its first EuroCup campaign. Only 12 teams had ever made more than 200 three-point shots before last season and then four more – including semifinalist Valencia Basket (223), finalist Frutti Extra Bursaspor (219) and quarterfinalist Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana (211) - joined the club.

The record for most threes per game by a EuroCup debutant was set by Avtodor Saratov with 11.25 three-pointers over 16 games in the 2015-16 season. Bursaspor averaged 11.20 triples in the 2020-21 season.
No debutant has averaged more triples for a season than Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari's 11.67 in 2012-13, but Sassari played just six games that campaign, having entered the competition for the Last 16 phase after starting the season in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague. Another Italian side, Teramo, averaged 11.33 triples just three years earlier in six regular-season games.
