"Christoph brings good size and mobility for his position. In the past he had to fight against injuries, but he coped with these setbacks very well and motivated himself again and again. He is mentally very strong for his age," Hamburg sports director Marvin Willoughby said. "He has already gained experience in the German League and in the EuroCup. We are very confident that he can take the next step with us."
