Ioannis Christopoulos, Promitheas: 'Everybody deserves a lot of credit'

Promitheas Patras head coach Ioannis Christopoulos:
"First of all, that's a great win, a very important win. We fought in every game and that was the target. I think everybody deserves a lot of credit about that: the team, the players, the previous coach that put the team together. I think this is a great feeling for us, to make things happen under these circumstances, missing a key player [Joe Thomasson] for us. I think everybody played hard... I am happy about it. It is our destiny to move on."
Paris Basketball head coach Will Weaver:
"Congratulations to Promitheas. They swept the season series, I think, on a total of 6 points, so two very hard-fought games. That is very much like a road playoffs environment and so our group can learn some valuable lessons from that moving forwards, if we focus on the things that we can control."
Promitheas Patras guard Anthony Cowan:
"I am just in a really good rhythm right now. My teammates did a really good job on just giving me space, and I was happy I was able to knock it down for the game-winner, so a good win for us."
