Italian League powers Umana Reyer Venice and Virtus Segafredo Bologna will duel in Group B on Wednesday.
Keys to victory: Reyer vs. Virtus

Offensive efficiency critical for Reyer
It’s a classic offense versus defense tale. Reyer plays at a slow pace, has allowed the second-fewest points in the competition (74.1 ppg.) and holds opponents to relatively low shooting percentages (50.5% 2FG, 33.8% 3FG). Even if the hosts manage to slow down the Virtus attack, Reyer must be more efficient on offense to sting the visitors. Reyer has averaged 14.1 turnovers per game and is shooting 33.8% from behind the arc. Improvements in both areas would be of great benefit this week.

Fast pace favors Virtus
Virtus will try to push the pace and for good reason. Not only is the team third in the EuroCup in scoring (86.1 ppg.), but it is 7-2 this season when it has scored more than 80 points. Or in other words, it is winless when it has failed to score at least 81. One key to play at a fast pace will be controlling the rebounding battle. Virtus has been outrebounded by 2.7 rebounds per game this far this season, however, if Mam Jaiteh, Keven Hervey and Kyle Weems can make the difference on the glass, it would be a big boost for the visitors.
