Bursaspor not only set its single-game record in scoring, but it also made a record 18 three-pointers and tied its highest-ever mark with 28 assists. Onuralp Bitim scored 20 points and dished 6 assists to lead the hosts on the way to victory. For the visitors, Yogi Ferrell had 23 points and 7 assists.

Promitheas gained an important victory in its fight to make the playoffs as it defeated Trento 84-71 at home. Promitheas took control of the game with a 17-2 third-quarter run to snap a three-game home losing streak and improve to 6-4 in Group B. George Conditt led the way with 17 points and 8 rebounds and Arnoldas Kulboka scored 16 points. Trento’s road woes continued as it fell to 2-8 overall and 0-6 away from home this season, extending the club’s EuroCup road losing streak to 20 games dating back to November 2020. Drew Crawford had 15 points in the losing effort.

I’m happy of course that it went to us. My guys were stubborn. It was a frustrating game for us. We couldn’t find our rhythm - on both sides of the floor - for a lot of minutes. We knew when we were behind that we could play a lot better than we did. We just tried to stay in the game. With a lot of hustle - we grabbed 24 offensive rebounds - not because we are bigger or more athletic. We were just frustrated about the way we played. And we kept on fighting. We tried to dive and touch every ball, and that kept us alive. And eventually, that stubbornness and that determination to win came to our favor. 

"Guys made big plays and we played as a team. Even if one guy shines, the team is letting him shine, playing and working to get everybody going and trying to find the hot player at the same time. I am proud of my guys for not putting our heads down. It’s a lot easier to learn from a game after you win it than after you lose it. 

"We had a huge support from a lot of fans. 1,500 fans came from Israel all the way to London to the beautiful Wembley area and just helped us to keep our heads up and keep on fighting. Eventually, it paid off. I am really proud of my guys. That is a very important win for us in the EuroCup at an important time of the season."

"It’s a tough loss. I thought our guys played well, competed. At the end of the day, that’s a talented team. They’ve got guys who can put up big points. You saw that with Jordan McRae, who has been doing that everywhere he has gone. It’s a little tough when you have four guards who get into foul trouble. I thought the whistle was a little quick tonight to be blunt. It’s tough to get into a rhythm. You gotta play Sam \[Dekker\] 40 minutes, Jordan Taylor has to play above 35. I think their depth kind of wore us out in the end. It kind of hurt us at the offensive end and our ability to make shots. Early in the game, we were in a good flow and rhythm. But we know that every single night in this competition, it will be tough. Every team you go up against is really talented, including these guys. At the end of the day, hats off to them. They’re a really good team, they’re well-coached. They made plays down the stretch when they needed to."

The hosts took control in the first quarter, opened a big double-digit lead in the second quarter, and never looked back. This win also gives Reyer a tiebreak advantage over Ulm, since Ulm won their season-opener by 1 point. Mitchell Watt paced the hosts with 19 points and Derek Willis scored 17. Amedeo Tessitori collected 15 points plus 9 rebounds, and Jordan Parks had 14 in victory. For Ulm, Bruno Caboclo had 18 points and 8 rebounds in his EuroCup debut. Brandon Paul added 12 for the visitors, while Joshua Hawley and Thomas Klepeisz scored 11 apiece.

Reyer had a 12-0 run early in the first quarter with Watt scoring 7 points, but Ulm hit a pair of triples on either side of that run to even the score at 12-12. The hosts broke that tie with an 11-2 run to take control. Ulm did stay in touch, and cut it to 23-19 on the first play of the second quarter on a dunk by Caboclo, but Tessitori got the hosts going again before Allerik Freeman strung together 8 points, including a pair of three-pointers, to help open 41-23 midway through the second quarter. 

Robin Christen hit a three for the visitors, but Watt and Parks made sure that Reyer increased the margin some more, 51-32 at halftime. Threes from Willis and Michael Bramos extended the margin to 59-37. Paul had a three-pointer at the other end, and Juan Nunez a three-point play, but Watt and Tessitori kept converting inside, and Parks made it 71-50 at the end of the third quarter. Reyer cruised the rest of the way, leading by as many as 27 points before the game's end.

"It is not the first that happens to us \[a bad first quarter\] and it is also not the first time that we reacted well and came back to the game. We have a good character in the team and I am happy that we adjusted and won this game. I think, in the end, it was the little things, the little big things. The rebounds, the defense, that's what won it for us. We changed a little bit and made a switching defense in the end, and it worked for us. We are going game by game. We have a really balance group, everyone can beat everyone. You don't know what it will be. We need to look game by game."

Erick Green, in his EuroCup return, led Buducnost with 22 points. Aleksa Ilic posted a double-double of 11 points and 10 rebounds, while Alpha Kaba had 10 and 9, respectively. Hamburg, which was missing four players who average a combined 39.8 points, got 18 from Marvin Clark plus 17 and 12 rebounds from Lukas Meisner. Buducnosts 29-46 advantage on the boards was decisive.

Kaba downed 6 points as Buducnost went up 2-8 but Meisner scored inside and out to tie 8-8. Ilic and Green helped Buducnost pull away 11-16 . Ilic blasted a putback as the visitors led 13-20 after 10 minutes. Green's triple early in the second quarter was answered by James Woodard and Meisner as Hamburg stayed within 21-26. Kaba, Cameron Reynolds and Tre Bell-Haynes, from deep, pushed the difference to double-digits, 25-35. Len Schoormann and Clark's long-range shooting kept it from getting worse, but Green restored a 33-43 halftime lead for Buducnost. 

J.J. O'Brien lengthened the difference to 33-47 before Meisner and Petar Popovic traded triples. Bell-Haynes and Reynolds, from long distance, made it a runaway already at 38-57 midway through the third quarter.
