Umana Reyer Venice has made its first addition to the team this summer, signing a contract with swingman [Riccardo Moraschini](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/players/riccardo-moraschini/000726/), the club announced on Saturday. Moraschini (1.94 meters, 31 years old) has last played with AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan, team he joined in 2019. During his time there, he helped the team reach the 2021 EuroLeague Final Four, and win Italian Cup and Supercup in 2021. In Turkish Airlines EuroLeague action, Moraschini appeared in 40 games over three seasons, averaging 3.9 points on 38.5% three-point shooting along with 2.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists.

He now returns to 7DAYS EuroCup for the first time since the 2013-14 season, his only in the competition, when he played in 10 games with Virtus Roma. Moraschini has spent his entire career playing in his native Italy. He made his professional debut with Virtus Bologna in the 2007-08, and also suited up for Biella, Sant'Antimo, Virtus Rome, Mantova, Trento and Brindisi. An Italian national team member, he helped the team reach the Summer Olympics in Tokyo, and also won silver at the U20 European Championship in 2011.

Reyer adds Moraschini to backcourt

Turk Telekom Ankara added depth to its backcourt by inking playmaker [Ridvan Oncel](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/players/ridvan-oncel/010400/), the club announced Friday. Oncel (1.91 meters, 25 years old) arrives from Galatasaray Istanbul where last season he posted 2.9 points in the Turkish League action. Oncel returns to the 7DAYS EuroCup where he made seven appearances in the 2020-21 campaign in Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul uniform, averaging 3.4 points and 1.1 rebounds. Prior to that he spent eight year with Bandirma Kirmizi, club where he played in junior categories and later made his professional debut. Oncel has also been a member of the Turkish national team, and has helped its U18 squad get a silver medal at the 2015 European Championships.

Turk Telekom adds depth with Oncel

Promitheas Patras added depth and court vision to its backcourt by inking guard [Vassilis Mouratos](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/euroleague/players/vassilis-mouratos/006636/) to a one-year deal, the club announced Friday. Mouratos (1.93 meters, 25 years old) arrives from GS Lavrio Aegean Cargo, where he averaged 11.3 points and 3.1 rebounds in 24 Greek League games this season, leading the competition in assists (6.3 apg.). He played for Lavrio in the last three season, helping his former team reach the Greek League final in 2021.

Mouratos started his career with Nea Kifisia Dimoulas Athens and has also played for Olympiacos Piraeus, AE Phychiko Athens, Gymnastikos Larissa Faros and Peristeri Athens before joining Lavrio in 2019. He has also been a member of the Greek national team. Mouratos helped Greece win respective gold medals at the 2015 U18 European Championships and the 2017 U20 European Championships, also getting a bronze medal at the 2013 U16 European Championships. He is set to make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut with Promitheas next season. He got to play in one Turkish Airlines EuroLeague game with Olympiacos in the 2015-16 campaign.

Slask Wroclaw has confirmed the arrival of shooting guard Daniel Golebiowski on a three-year deal. Golebiowski (1.95 meters, 24 years old) arrives from GTK Gliwice of Poland, with which he averaged 7.5 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists last season. He has so far only played in the Polish League, but next season he will get the chance to play in the 7DAYS EuroCup with Polish League champions Slask.

Golebiowski spent the first three years of his career with SKS Starogard Gdanski before moving to Gliwice, where he has played for the last two years. It was whilst he was at Starogard Gdanski that he truly announced himself in Poland, averaging 11.0 and 11.2 points per game in his second and third seasons respectively. His first year at Gliwice saw him average 9.9 points per game before a drop to an average of 7.5 points in his second year. Golebiowski is known for being a dangerous three-point shooter, while he also likes to drive to the basket.

The London Lions has confirmed that Ryan Schmidt will be its new head coach going into the 2022-23 season.

The London Lions has confirmed that Ryan Schmidt will be its new head coach going into the 2022-23 season. Schmidt has experience working with Toronto's G-League team and the Hamilton Honey Badger of Canada. He will lead the Lions in its debut season in the 7DAYS EuroCup. Schmidt's coaching team will also include Robert Youngblood, Nikhil Lawry and Polat Kaya.

Tomic (2.17 meters, 35 years old) has spent the last two years with Joventut. Last season he posted 10.2 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.6 assists in the 7DAYS EuroCup, helping Joventut win the regular-season Group A before the team was ousted in the eighthfinals. He also averaged 14.3 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists in Spanish League action, helping the team reach the playoff semifinals.

Magic Moment: Tomic tips it in at the buzzer!

Before joining Joventut in 2020, Tomic was a three-time All-EuroLeague center during his eight seasons at FC Barcelona, with which he made 236 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague appearances. In the EuroLeague, he still ranks fourth all time in terms of two-pointers made (1,137), while he is fifth all time when it comes to rebounds (1,545).

Tomic helped Barcelona reach the Final Four in 2013 and 2014, earning All-EuroLeague First Team honors in each of those two seasons, before becoming a second-team selection in 2015. Tomic helped Barcelona win the Spanish League crown in 2013 and 2014, and Spanish Cup titles in 2013 and 2018. Before his time with Barcelona, Tomic played two and a half seasons with Real Madrid, during which he reached his first EuroLeague Final Four and won the 2012 Spanish Cup. Tomic, who hails from Dubrovnik, Croatia, began his career with KK Zagreb, where he started playing professionally at the age of 17. He spent six seasons there before joining Real.

BC Prometey has confirmed the arrival of Dustin Hogue.

BC Prometey announced the signing of [Dustin Hogue](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/players/dustin-hogue/008067/) on Thursday. Hogue (1.98 meters, 29 years old) arrives from Cluj Napoca, which he helped win the Romanian League last season. He will play for his second club in the 7DAYS EuroCup after he previously represented Dolomiti Energia Trento in the competition in the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons, averaging 12.2 points, 6.1 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.3 steals.

Hogue played college basketball at Iowa State in the United States before going on to play professionally at Nea Kifissia in Greece (2015-16), Dolomiti Energia Trento in Italy (2016-17) and Goyang Orion Orions in South Korea (2017). He then returned to Trento (2017-19) and spent the last few seasons at BC Enisey in Russia (2019-21) and Cluj (2021-22) in Romania.

[Frantz Massenat](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/players/frantz-massenat/009750/) (1.93 meters, 30 years old), who arrives from Chemnitz, signed for one season. Last season he averaged 9.8 points, 2.3 rebounds and 5.3 assists in 36 games. He played college basketball at Drexel from 2010 to 2014 and then crossed the pond to make his pro debut in Germany. Massenat played for MBC and EWE Baskets Oldenburg until 2019. He played for MoraBanc Andorra in the Spanish League in 2019-20 and then moved to Italy to spend two seasons in Pesaro. Massenat also had a broef stint at Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz and then went back to Germany to join Chemnitz. With Andorra, Massenat played a total 16 7DAYS EuroCup games, averaging 8.4 points, 2.1 boards and 2.8 assists.

Isiaha Mike (2.03 meters, 25 years old) also played for Chemnitz in 2021-22 and averaged 11.4 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 34 German League games. He has also played for Scarborough in his native Canada. Mike played college basketball at Duquesne and SMU from 2016 to 2020. He then joined Chemnitz, where he spent the last two seasons as a starter. These two signings join James Palmer, who penned a deal with the club earlier in the day.

Mincidelice JL Bourg en Bresse completed a busy day on Wednesday with the signings of point guard Frantz Massenat and forward Isiaha Mike, who were teammates last season at Chemnitz of the German League.
