Trento completes roster with Khalif Battle signing

Dolomiti Energia Trento has finalized its roster for the 2025-26 season by signing American guard Khalif Battle, adding athleticism, scoring, and versatility to Coach Massimo Cancellieri’s backcourt.
Battle (1.95 meters, 25 years old) will begin his professional career in Trento after starring last season at Gonzaga University. He averaged 13.5 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.2 steals, and shot 53.1% from two-point range, 35.4% from three, and 92.7% from the free throw line last season for the Bulldogs.
"What I like about Khalif is his determination and his passion for living basketball intensely. His ability to complement our backcourt gives us versatility and speed."
The New Jersey native previously played college basketball at Butler, Temple and Arkansas. At Temple, he posted a career-best 18.0 points per game during the 2022-23 season, while his final stretch at Arkansas included a scorching seven-game run averaging nearly 30 points, capped by a 42-point outburst against Missouri.
