Turk Telekom Ankara bulked up its frontline by signing center Emircan Kosut for the coming season. Kosut (2.16 meters, 26 years old) arrives from fellow Turkish side Yukatel Merkezefendi, where he was a teammate of another recent Turk Telekom signing, Nate Sestina, last season. Kosut averaged 3.8 points and 1.8 rebounds over 29 games in a reserve role with Yukatel. He has previous experience at the highest levels; Kosut was a member of the Darussafaka Istanbul team that win the 7DAYS EuroCup in 2018 and he also played a total of 25 games in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague over four seasons with Anadolu Efes Istanbul and Darussafaka. Kosut spent one season with Yesilgiresun, too.
