Turk Telekom Ankara added another weapon to its frontline by signing center Kris Bankston for the 2025-26 season.
Bankston (2.06 meters, 26 years old) returns to the BKT EuroCup after debuting two seasons ago with Aris Midea Thessaloniki. He averaged 6.1 points and 2.9 rebounds in 16 EuroCup appearances for the Greek side.
Last season, Banks was worth 9.2 points and 5.0 rebounds in the Turkish league with Tofas Bursa and 11.4 points and 5.2 boards in the FIBA Europe Cup. After playing college basketball at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Norfolk State, Bankston began his professional career in Israel with Hapoel Beer Sheva in 2023. He moved to Aris later that season.
