The hosts took advantage of Turk Telekom’s turnovers to get an early 11-4 lead. A 1-12 run capped by a three by Taylor got the visitors in front, 12-16, but that was their last field goal in the first quarter. Slask exploited it to strike back for a 21-16 margin after 10 minutes and continued rocking in the second quarter to boost the difference to 26-16 on the second triple from Kolenda. The visitors stopped the game with a timeout that led to a 0-8 run, but Martin and Niziol showed up and combined to help Slask hold on for a while. Sestina finished the comeback with back-to-back triples that put Turk Telekom on top, 36-38, at the halftime break.
Another three by Grant extended the lead to 40-46 early in the third, but Slask found Connor Morgan to recover the lead, 52-49. The visitors didn’t panic, though, and entered the last stanza with a 53-56 edge thanks to back-to-back dunks by Erkan Yilmaz and a buzzer-beating bucket by Semih Erden. Martin and Kolenda stepped up and combined for Slask’s next 14 points to regain the lead 67-66. The visitors found relief with a three-point play by Axel Bouteille and a triple by Sestina, which established a 69-74 margin with 3 minutes to go. Martin made it closer with a bucket, but that was the only field goal from either the rest of the way and the visitors only needed a free throw by Grant to seal the outcome.
