Turk Telekom Anakara continued rebuilding its roster for the new season by announcing power forward Alihan Demir. Demir (2.06 meters, 26 years old) arrives from Rayos Hermosillo of the Mexican League, where last season he averaged 14.6 points, 6.4 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 35 games. Demir is set to make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut this season.

Demir played college ball from 2017 to 2020 in Drexel and Minnesota, and he went back to his native Turkey to join Tofas Bursa. He started the 2021-22 season in Bulgaria with Balkan Botevgrad and then in January of 2022 he moved back to Turkey with Besiktas to then cross the pond to Mexico.
