Aris adds D'Moi Hodge to backcourt
Aris Midea Thessaloniki announced on Monday that it has signed shooting guard D'Moi Hodge for the 2024-25 season. Hodge (1.91 meters, 25 years old) comes to Europe for the first time after splitting his first season as a professional between the NBA and the G League. He appeared in seven games for the Los Angeles Lakers and 30 in the G League with the South Bay Lakers and Rip City Remix. Hodge averaged 12.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.0 steals in the G League.
A native of the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean, Hodge moved to the United States to play high school basketball and then played in college for the State College of Florida, Cleveland State University and the University of Missouri. He was Horizon League Defensive Player of the Year in 2022 with Cleveland State and then led the Southeastern Conference in steals (2.6 per game) the next season with Mizzou.
