Joventut Badalona head coach Carles Duran:
"I don’t understand. But the most important thing is that we won the game. We have to improve in all things. When the team was playing well, Bursaspor was playing very hard. But the team is happy because they played with more energy in the second half... A hard game against a very good team. A good win for us."
Frutti Extra Bursaspor head coach Dusan Alimpijevic:
"This is basketball. We lost the game by one, they deserved to win. I have to say they were better for more longer than us. For sure we have a reason to be sad but they also deserve it. The only good thing is that we defended [the tiebreaker] from the first game.
"Congrats to Joventut and their coach and their players for winning this game. They deserve it. This is basketball, this is life. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. Today they were more concentrated on some details. For me, they won the game in the first half, not in the second half or on the last possession."
Joventut Badalona center Ante Tomic:
"I don’t know what to say. It happened almost the same as the last game in the domestic league. We need to improve our mental strength, especially in the end of games like this. We need to finish the game easy - without stress. In the end, we won the game and that’s the only thing that matters.”
