U-BT Cluj-Napoca added an experienced weapon to its backcourt by signing point guard Jordan Taylor for the team's 7DAYS EuroCup debut, the club announced Thursday. Taylor (1.85 meters, 32 years old) played with Alvark Tokyo in Japan last season, where he averaged 11.3 points, 4.0 assists and 2.6 rebounds last season.
Taylor is a veteran of four EuroCup season with 40 appearances in the competition under his belt. He made his debut in the 2013-14 campaign with Virtus Roma, and also played a season apiece with ALBA Berlin, Galatasaray Istanbul and CSP Limoges, with career averages of 9.6 points, 4.1 assists, 2.2 rebounds and 1.1 steals. He then played one Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season with LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne in the 2019-20 season, posting 8.0 points and 3.8 assists. During his professional career, he has also played two seasons with Hapoel Holon of Israel and one with Sapporo in Japan.
