Competition newcomer U-BT Cluj-Napoca added some important 7DAYS EuroCup experience to its roster by signing a deal with swingman [Victor Sanders](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/players/victor-sanders/010446/), the club announced Monday. Sanders (1.94 meters, 27 years old) arrives from Umana Reyer Venice where he averaged 7.4 points, 1.6 assists, 1.5 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 16 games last season. It was his second consecutive season in the competition after playing for Dolomiti Energia Trento during the 2019-20 campaign. He has made a total of 32 appearances in the EuroCup over the past two seasons.

Sanders has also played in Belgium for Telenet Giants Antwerp, which he helped reach the Basketball Champions League final four in 2019. He also captured two Belgian cups with Antwerp. That was the only other professional team Sanders played for after finishing his college career at the University of Idaho.
