A point guard who knows how to put points on the board, the American has never averaged less than 10.0 points per game through his career. Jones made his professional debut with Montenegrin first division side Ulcinj in the 2018-19 season before heading to Serbian side Borac, where he remained between 2019 and 2021.
With Borac, his first campaign saw him play in the Adriatic League second division and his second was in the Adriatic League top flight. After moving to FMP, also in Serbia, Jones had his best season to date with 15.7 points, 3.1 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 1.4 steals in 27 Adriatic League games.
