Mincidelice JL Bourg en Bresse improved to 3-0 on Wednesday night with a 86-73 win over visiting 7Bet-Lietkabelis Paneveyzs 86-73. Bourg remained perfect on the season thanks to a big second half, one in which it scored 51 points and outrebounded the visitors 24-15. Bourg was held to 8-for-15 (53.3%) on two-point shooting in the first half and two teams each had 18 rebounds in the first 20 minutes. In the second half, however, Bourg dominated inside.

The hosts made 13 two-point shots on 19 attempts (68.4%) in the last two quarters and pulled down 10 offensive rebounds in the third and fourth quarters combined. Everybody had a part in it, Jordan Floyd more than others with 21 points and 6-for-8 two-point shooting. But Isiaha Mike and Alexandre Chassang fought their way inside combining to shoot 6-for-9, Maxime Courby, Hugo Benitez and Axel Julien drove to the rim to make 7-of-9 attempts. That all helped Broug grab control late in the third quarter, open a double-digit lead and cruise to victory.
