Germani Brescia head coach Alessandro Magno:
"For sure, according to the final score, it was a tough game, if you just check the final score. But it was the first game after a long period where we needed to squeeze the energy of our players to try to win, even in our domestic league. We had Amedeo Della Valle out in the last few days due to the virus and it was clear for everybody that he had no energy to play the game. After 5 minutes, John Petrucelli was out, so we decided to start big. I think the start was even good, with some ideas. After that, without our main scorers, was, to be honest, a bit tough to try to find the way to arrive to the basket. We also built some good shots that we never scored: open threes, layups, free throws. It is tough to play against such a good team like Reyer that is deep, talented, sized. So obviously, once I felt that the game was almost over, and the way to come back to the game was doing an extra effort, I needed to take care of the rotations and try to focus on the next game. Congratulations to Reyer, that arrived here well-coached, with good ideas."
