Veolia Towers Hamburg announced the signing of swingman William Christmas, who was one of the top players in Germany's second division last season.
Christmas (1.96 meters, 26 years old) averaged 15.6 points, 7.3 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 1.6 steals per game in 34 appearances for the Artland Dragons last season. He began his professional career in Germany with Dragons Rhoendorf in 2021 and later joined Musel Pikes in Luxembourg that season. Christmas played college basketball at Cal Poly Pomona where he was a three-time All-California Collegiate Athletic Association First Team selection.
