McCullum (1.84 meters, 26 years old) signed a one-year deal with the club. He averaged 15.7 points, 7.7 assists and 2.4 steals per game for Giessen 46ers last season in the German League and led the competition in both assists and steals. McCullum began his professional career in the German second division with Paderborn in 2019 and spent the following season in Finland with the Helsinki Seagulls. He was the ProA MVP with Paderborn.
“The expectations of us will certainly be high, the Towers have been very successful in recent years. But I'm looking forward to the challenge - and I'm more than confident that we'll see a great team on and off the court," McCullum told the club’s website. "I hope that I can be the engine of the new team with my strengths, not just offensively. Above all defensively, I want to try to set the tone.”
