"No [the game was not tougher than I expected], I know we're just in a very tight schedule with a lot of guys injured and missing. We have guys coming in with injuries into the game, so I knew that we didn’t have our flow coming into this one. We had a rough couple of days, so I knew that eventually our level of focus in the game would determine [things]. I think we didn’t play offense like we can, but we still scored a lot of points. And we ended the rebound [battle] a lot better after a terrible first quarter. After that, Hamburg didn’t control our offensive boards, so we came out with a win and I'm very happy with that."
"It was a game where, until the end, we were in the game; we were able to win the game. You make a couple of shots more, we put ourselves in an even better position. I think, the tough shots, the important ones, Hapoel made them and we didn’t make them. But, I'm very proud of the team. The team fought, the team stuck together. We changed the defense late, we got an opportunity to win the game and that's all we can ask for."
"Of course, we needed to find our rhythm again. Since we came back from the break, we haven't been ourselves. We still gave up a lot of points; they're a great team, but on the defensive end, this is unacceptable. We're better than this. But, we got the win and that's all it's about, and we've got to build from this."
“We got into the game very well. With our energy and our will to win, we were able to defy the difficult atmosphere. But in the crucial moments, we made mistakes that cost us our good position to end the game with a win. In the end, we didn't have the concentration to hit the shots and catch up again."
