Joventut Badalona announced that playmaker Andres Feliz re-signed his contract for three more years, until the end of the 2024-25 season. Feliz (1.85 meters, 24 years old) averaged 5.3 points on 42.3% three-point shooting and 2.3 assists in 16 7DAYS EuroCup games last season, in which he also helped Joventut reach the Spanish League semifinals. Feliz joined Joventut from Prat, the club's vinculated team, where he averaged 18.9 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 15 Spanish third division games in the 2020-21 campaign. It was his rookie season as a professional basketball player. Before that, Feliz played for Northwest Florida State College and the University of Illinois. He has also been a member of the Dominican Republic's national team. Feliz helped the Dominican Republic win a gold medal at the 2013 U17 CentroBasket, and a bronze medal at the 2014 U18 FIBA Americas.
