London Lions announced that Great Britain national team forward Ovie Soko has signed with the club for the coming season. Soko (2.01 meters, 31 years old) is a Great Britain national team player and he returns to London after starting for the Lions during the 2019-20 season. He arrives from Shiga Lakes, where Soko averaged 18,5 points, 8.8 rebounds and 1.3 steals in the Japanese League last season.

After playing college basketball in the United States, Soko began his professional career in France with Boulazac Dordogne in 2015. He has also played for Aries Trikala in Greece, Brindisi in Italy, Murcia in Spain and Le Mans in France. When he last played in the British League, Soko was tied for second in the league in scoring with 20.2 points per game.
