Play in the paint could have a big role in this with Promitheas Patras relying on Jerai Grant and Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana in Zach Auguste.
Major Matchup: Promitheas’s Grant vs. Cedevita’s Auguste

Grant has been in fine form recently with averages of 19.0 points on 67.6% shooting, 6.0 rebounds, 1.0 steal and 1.0 block over his last three games. He posted 18 points and 8 rebounds when Promitheas visited Ljubljana earlier this season. That combination of form, favorable matchup and the desire to shine in his last EuroCup game this season should spell an excellent performance for Grant.

Auguste has the mixture of speed and athleticism to stick with Grant and he too has been in good form, averaging 12.3 points on 15-of-19 two-point shooting (78.9%) and 5.0 rebounds over his last three games, despite playing more than 17 minutes only once. Auguste missed just 1 shot in scoring 19 the last time he faced Promitheas. His impact on the game in short bursts off the bench has been a major weapon for Cedevita and if he can do so again, it only makes his team tougher to stop.
