Paris rallies to beat Turk Telekom, 75-90, in Ankara

The visitors trailed 40-25, but a 0-11 run before halftime and a terrific scoring boost in the last 13 minutes, with 40 points scored, ruined the night for the home team. Kyle Allman led the way for Paris with 22 points, followed by Amar Gegic, Tyrone Wallace and Axel Toupane, who scored 17, 14 and 12, respectively. Jerian Grant and Axel Boutielle had 16 apiece and Nathan Sestina added 10 for Turk Telekom.

The hosts displayed an incredible performance in the early going, as a 12-0 run in which all the Turk Telekom starters scored, built a strong advantage for the home team. The visitors needed 7 minutes to score and the punishment got even tougher for Paris when Bouteille and Sestina combined for 16 points in the second quarter to grant Turk Telekom a 40-25 lead. A 0-11 run brought Paris back into life at halftime, 42-38.
Paris got its first lead soon after when Toupane finished a fastbreak, 42-43, but the game remained balanced for a while. The hosts seemed to have recovered their momentum when they found Tyrique Jones inside for a 56-50 edge after 27 minutes, but Paris reacted in style. First it found Gegic, who scored 10 points in less than 4 minutes bridging the third and the fourth quarters to bring Paris back in front, 59-64. Then it was Allman who took over to run the show and provide whatever Paris needed, enough to amass a 67-81 advantage that Turk was unable to make up.
