Ulm failed to score for nearly 5 minutes to start the second half but Reyer only led 40-49. Ulm answered with 9 straight points and followed with a 10-3 spurt to go up 80-75 with 41 seconds to play. Freeman drained a three-pointer with 5.3 seconds to make it 81-80. Matt Mobley missed 2 free throws with 4.3 seconds left for Ulm, but Reyer could not snatch the road win.
