Slask Wroclaw announced on Friday that it has agreed to terms with Coach Andrej Urlep to remain together for another season. Urlep, 64, assumed the reins as head coach in October and ultimately guided Slask to the 7DAYS EuroCup Playoffs and the Polish League championship. This is Urlep’s fourth stint on the Slask sidelines. He first coached Slask from 1997 to 1999, then again from 2000 to 2002, and from 2006 to 2010. He helped the team win Polish League titles in 1998, 1999, 2001 and 2002 in addition to last season.
