Two Turkish Airlines EuroLeague legends have chances in Round 16 to join exclusive company by becoming just the sixth players to reach important milestones in two statistical categories. Milos Teodosic of Virtus Segafredo Bologna is close to reaching 500 made three-pointers and Nando De Colo of LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne is within touching distance of 300 steals in the competition.
Early on Friday, De Colo could write his name further into the history books if he makes just 3 steals during ASVEL's home showdown against ALBA Berlin at Astroballe. De Colo currently sits on 297 steals in his 259-game EuroLeague career, with 13 of those coming in 14 appearances this season. Curiously, the 35-year-old has recorded 3 steals or more on two occasions so far in 2022-23, having had 3 against Virtus in Round 6 and 4 against Olympiacos Piraeus in Round 14. Should De Colo repeat that feat once again, he will become just the sixth player in EuroLeague history to reach 300 steals.
