Ronan Ginzburg, Prometey: 'Character won the game'

Prometey Slobozhanske head coach Ronan Ginzburg:
"To beat Badalona is a big achievement for the club. We played well in the first half. In the second half, we started struggling. I took some risks and stretched some players’ minutes too much and we got tired. But in the end, character won the game."
Joventut Badalona head coach Carles Duran:
"The problem was the first half. The team played better in the second half. But it’s clear when you allow 95 points it’s very difficult to win away. But Prometey played very well. They are a very good team."
Prometey Slobozhanske forward DJ Kennedy:
"We knew a lot was at stake, that this was for first place in our group. We just want to keep locking in and taking it one game at a time. We did a good job. They made a good run. That is a great team but we were able to fight at the end and get the win.
Prometey Slobozhanske forward DJ Stephens:
"It was a big game for us being in second place and playing the first-place team. Us getting the win and being able to be in first place is a pretty good feeling, but we can’t relax. We have other teams gunning for us."
Prometey Slobozhanske guard Issuf Sanon:
"It was a tough game for us tonight. They beat us in Spain. We made some mistakes and didn’t play how we always play. But today we did everything coach asked us to do so it was a good game for us."
