Cosea JL Bourg-en-Bresse has confirmed the signing of Will Cherry on a deal until the end of the season.
Cherry (1.85 meters, 34 years old) most recently played for Cocodrilos in Venezuela, where he averaged 12.8 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.6 steals in 14 games.
The American point guard has four seasons of experience under the Euroleague Basketball umbrella, having spent two seasons in the EuroLeague with Zalgiris Kaunas (2014-15) and Olympiacos Piraeus (2019-20), and two campaigns in the BKT EuroCup with ALBA Berlin (2015-16) and Cedevita Zagreb (2017-18).
Cherry joins a Bourg side that has already qualified for this season's EuroCup Playoffs, as the French side sits top of Group B with an 11-2 record.
