Partizan (3-5) and last-place ALBA (1-7) will attempt to avoid losing both games in the double-round week as they meet in Belgrade.
Game Notes: Partizan vs. ALBA

Bruno Cabaclo made a good debut for the Serbian team with 19 points in Wednesday's loss at Bayern, but Zeljko Obradovic's men need to improve a defense which allows a league-high 87 points per game. That should give encouragement to ALBA, which has averaged only 76.8 points per game, fourth-worst in the league, and scored just 68 at home to ASVEL earlier this week. Johannes Thiemann has been the shining light for ALBA with 13.4 points per game, and he will be vital for the German team's hopes of causing a road upset on Friday.

- In their first EuroLeague game ever, last season's opener, ALBA beat Partizan 100-84 as Louis Olinde had career highs in PIR (25), rebounds (10) and offensive rebounds (6).
- These teams had faced each other four times in recent 7DAYS EuroCup seasons with ALBA holding a 3-1 advantage in those games.
- Last season in Belgrade, Partizan beat ALBA 88-74 behind 19 points from Aleksa Avramovic who made a career-high 5 three-pointers.
- ALBA's Jonas Mattisseck posted his career high in steals with 3 in a road loss against Partizan.
- Partizan forward Mateusz Ponitka and ALBA sharpshooter Matt Thomas were teammates at Panathinaikos Athens last season.
