Valencia Basket added another piece to its roster, signing guard Isaac Nogues to a two-year deal, the club announced Friday. Nogues (1.96 meters, 21 years old) has spent last season in the G-League with Rip City Remix where he appeared in 40 games, and averaged 2.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.1 steals. He was voted to competition's All-Defensive Team.
Nogues grew up with a fellow Spanish side Joventut Badalona, where he played for the youth categories and club's second team. He spent the 2023-24 season with Huesca in the Spanish third division before moving to the G-League.
Nogues has also helped Spanish national team win a gold medal at the U19 World Championship in 2023. He will now have a chance to make his EuroLeague debut.
