Dolomiti Energia Trento has announced the signing of Andrej Jakimovski on a two-year deal.
Jakimovski (2.03 meters, 24 years old) played for the University of Colorado Boulder last season, averaging 10.2 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 steal per game across 34 NCAA appearances. He previously spent four seasons with the Washington State University.
For the Macedonian forward, his move to Trento signifies a return to Italy, where he played prior to college. He represented U18 Umana Reyer Venice in one game in the 2018-19 adidas NextGen EuroLeague Belgrade qualifier, then played seven times for Torino in the Italian second division in 2019-20.
