Buducnost VOLI Podgorica collected its third straight victory in Group B of the 7DAYS EuroCup by beating London Lions on the road at OVO Arena Wembley 78-87. Buducnost raced ahead by 20 points midway through the second quarter and held off London's late rally to improve to 3-1.

Trae Bell-Haynes paced Buducnost with 21 points and 5 assists, Alpha Kaba added 16 points and 11 rebounds and Aaron White added 15 points in 18 minutes. Sam Dekker poured in 15 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists in his return for London, which dropped to 1-3. Aaron Best also scored 15 and Ovie Soko 13.

Buducnost made its first 4 three-pointers in racing ahead 6-16 and the advantage grew to 9-23 as London made just one basket in the first 7 minutes. The score was 15-29 after 10 minutes. Buducnost did not take its foot off the gas and extended the margin to 20 points midway through the second quarter 24-44. The visitors were up 39-53 at the break.
Buducnost pushed the advantage to 46-65 but London finished the quarter with a 14-4 charge to get within 60-69 after 30 minutes. London did not go away with Best scoring 8 points to trim the deficit to 76-82 with 84 seconds left. But Phil Booth drained a triple with 34 seconds to end any doubts.
