Morgan is set to play his second season with the club.
Buducnost re-signs forward Juwan Morgan

Buducnost VOLI Podgorica has kept one of its key pieces from last season's roster by re-signing Juwan Morgan to a one-year deal, the club announced Sunday night. Morgan (2.01 meters, 28 years old) made his BKT EuroCup debut with Buducnost last season, averaging 9.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.1 steals helping the team reach the eighthfinals.
In the ABA League, Morgan had 8.0 points on 41.4% three-point shooting, 3.5 rebounds and 1.1 steals, helping the team to the best regular-season record ahead of the EuroLeague sides Partizan Mozzartbet Belgrade and Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade, before the team was stopped by Partizan in the playoff finals.
Morgan arrived to the Montenegrin capital from Zenit St. Petersburg, and also played in that 2023-24 campaign with another Russian team, Runa Basket Moscow.
Morgan played college basketball alongside Buducnost star guard Yogi Ferrell at Indiana University, who also signed an extension with the team in late June. He started his professional career with the Utah Jazz in the NBA and also played for Salt Lake City, Maine and Ontario in the G League. In the NBA, he's also suited up for the Toronto Raptors and the Boston Celtics, helping Boston reach the NBA finals in 2022. The forward has been a member of the USA national team, too.
