Onuaku scored the first two baskets of the second half before Munford’s triple boosted the margin to double figures. By the time McRae’s long pass fed Tomer Ginat for a layup, Hapoel had scored 18 unanswered points – 22 going back to the second quarter – and led 32-55. Young tried to snap Promitheas out of its funk with a triple, however, even though the home team got its offense going, Hapoel continued to score in bunches and finished the third quarter in total control, 53-73. The outcome was never in doubt in the fourth quarter with the margin peaking at 71-100 with 3 minutes to go before Hapoel let up late.
